A company that strives at conquering a market that is dominated by big and powerful consulting firms needs to find its own competitive advantage. With visionary leadership already in place, the game was set to work on a differentiating purpose that would lead to the creation of Jeanny Consulting.

The core of our brand promise and the eventual answer to the question "Why You Matter®". Jeanny Consulting's purpose does not only impacts its client relations, but also highlights a unique internal culture.

What we did to build the brand

Immersion

Using experience-driven survey techniques in our stakeholder interviews, we found all the necessary building blocks we needed for what was to come. Our stakeholder interviews and subsequent business analysis are the first steps we take in any collaboration. Always leading to the right context and road ahead.

Why You Matter

Building a purpose statement to form a heart and soul for our brand. We use our own methodology that answer the questions "Why You Matter". In this case, it would lead to their unique collaborative approach and a statement that underlines that Jeanny Consulting makes it personal.

Brand story

An ambitious vision on the future that builds on our purpose and covers our main values, goals and actions. We script ambitious visions on the future, with a clear aim and a clear path that shows us how we are aiming to reach those objectives.

Naming

Using our signature namingworkshop, we checked all the boxes and chose a name that matches our core values. "Jeanny Consulting" was co-created, as we always do. We believe that the knowledge you need to find a name, is always present within leadership and management. Our workshop aims at getting that knowledge out, and boosting creativity along the way.

Brand identity

Our aim was to match our newly crafted purpose and ideals with a visual identity that stands out within the competitive landscape of Jeanny Consulting. With an eye-catching brand mark and a captivating visual identity, we were able to build a brand that does just that.
